Ministry Practices for the Long Haul

This gathering is designed to help pastors and ministry leaders cultivate healthy, sustainable practices and rhythms in their ministry. Together, we'll wrestle with the boundaries, expectations, and responsibilities that come with caring for people.

Phil Herndon will guide our time as we explore questions many of us carry: Should I give out my cell number? What responsibility do I carry for those who've left my organization? How do I respond wisely to criticism about our ministry?

This will be a space for honest reflection, practical wisdom, and shared learning with others who minister in the valley.
